ZRB Series

The ZRB Series by Zeetork is a high-performance pneumatic actuator designed with a compact double-piston rack-and-pinion mechanism. Made from anodized aluminum alloy, it offers a strong strength-to-weight ratio, ensuring efficient and reliable operation of quarter-turn valves. It works with dry, clean, non-corrosive gases and operates across various temperature ranges. With compatibility to ISO 5211 and NAMUR standards, it offers easy installation, strong corrosion resistance, and flexibility for diverse industrial applications.

The ZRB Series operates with dry, clean, non-corrosive gas within an operating pressure range of 2–8 bar for double-acting models and 4–8 bar for spring-return models. Temperature options include Standard (−20°C to +80°C), High Temp (−20°C to +160°C), and Low Temp (−40°C to +80°C). The actuator supports revolution angles from 0° to 180°, with 90° ±4° as standard. Its air connections vary by size for efficient air consumption.

ZRB Series actuators are designed for fast and safe installation, especially in SA (spring-assisted) models.
