ZRG Series

The ZRG Series by Zeetork are durable worm gear operators designed for manual and electric automation of quarter-turn valves, such as butterfly, ball, plug valves, and dampers. With torque outputs ranging from 250 Nm to 100,000 Nm, they deliver reliable, high-torque performance. Built from rugged cast iron with corrosion-resistant coatings and alloy steel shafts, ZRG operators are designed for long-lasting operation in harsh industrial environments, offering adjustable stroke control (0°–90°).

ZRG Series worm gear operators feature compact, rugged cast iron housings with epoxy primer coatings for corrosion resistance. They use high-performance axial bearings for low-friction, smooth operation. The series offers 24 different models, with torque output from 250 Nm up to 100,000 Nm. Adjustable stroke (±5° accuracy) ensures precise control. Enclosure protection is IP65 or IP67, and manual operation is supported with durable powder-coated handwheels and high-performance grease lubrication for long service life.

The ZRG Series offers several optional features for customization, including locking arrangements for secure valve positioning, housing options in ductile iron, carbon steel, or stainless steel, and AI-bronze worm wheels for enhanced wear resistance. Stainless steel shafts, fasteners, and handwheels are also available for improved corrosion resistance. These options make the ZRG Series suitable for highly demanding industrial applications that require tailored solutions and extra protection in corrosive or extreme environments.
