ZREQM Series

The ZREQM Series by Zeetork is a premium line of intelligent quarter-turn electric actuators designed for automating ball, butterfly, plug, and louver valves. Offering torque from 10 Nm up to 20,000 Nm, they deliver precise control in on/off and modulating applications. Built for safety, flexibility, and durability, ZREQM actuators feature modular designs, support advanced protocols like Modbus and HART, and provide reliable operation in extreme environments with IP67/IP68 protection.

ZREQM actuators function in ambient temperatures from –25°C to +70°C (optional –40°C) and are IP67 (optional IP68) rated for dust and water protection. They support single-phase (AC 24V to 240V), three-phase (AC 220V to 480V), and DC 24V power supplies. The actuators are vibration-resistant (JB/T8219 compliant) and operate quietly (<75 dB at 1 meter). Duty cycles include S2-15min for on/off and S4-50% (up to 1200 starts/hour optionally) for modulating use.
