At Zeetork Automation & Control Private Limited, our Air Filter Regulator (AFR) services are built on extensive industrial expertise and technical precision. Whether you’re integrating air filter regulators for clean, regulated airflow or ensuring optimal performance of pneumatic systems, our skilled technicians provide end-to-end solutions tailored to your operational needs and quality standards.
We thoroughly analyze system configurations, regulator specifications, and process requirements to ensure precise installation, efficient operation, and reliable performance of air filter regulator technologies.
Our team works closely with clients to deliver meticulous installation processes, rigorous functional testing, and comprehensive quality validation—ensuring each air filter regulator maintains peak airflow quality, pressure stability, and operational safety.
Zeetork’s AFR solutions guarantee seamless integration of filtered and regulated air into your automation systems and production infrastructure.
Zeetork’s AFR services bridge the gap between pneumatic system design and reliable performance. Our core objective is to integrate and commission air filter regulators into intelligent, high-performance automation solutions. From precise installation to thorough performance testing, we deliver dependable and industry-compliant air treatment solutions.f
Its function is twofold:
Clean and regulated air improves actuator life, prevents valve malfunction, and ensures consistent system performance by eliminating contaminants and maintaining stable air pressure.
Compressed air enters the filter regulator, where solid particles and moisture are separated. The regulator section then adjusts and maintains the desired outlet pressure using a spring-controlled diaphragm mechanism.
| Device | Function |
|---|---|
| Filter | Removes dust, water, and oil particles from air |
| Regulator | Controls and maintains output air pressure |
| Lubricator | Adds controlled lubrication (oil mist) for pneumatic tools and actuators |
| 👉 Combined units are often called FRL units (Filter–Regulator–Lubricator). | |
Common filter element ratings:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Air leakage | Damaged seal or fitting | Replace seal, tighten fittings |
| No pressure output | Clogged filter or faulty regulator spring | Clean/replace element or repair regulator |
| Water not draining | Drain valve blocked | Clean or replace drain |
| Fluctuating output pressure | Diaphragm wear or loose knob | Replace diaphragm or secure knob |

The Zeetork ZLV series NAMUR and Non-NAMUR solenoid valves are developed and produced by our team utilizing cutting-edge air control technology along with our proprietary patent technology. Featuring a cartridge structure, the ZLV series valves ensure a continuous self-cleaning mechanism during each position shift, allowing them to achieve over one million cycles without issues.
The difference between 5/2 and 3/2 solenoid valves mainly lies in their port and position configuration, which determines how they control airflow in pneumatic systems.
| Features | 3/2 Solenoid Valve (Three-Port, Two-Position) | 5/2 Solenoid Valve (Five-Port, Two-Position) |
|---|---|---|
| Key Features |
• Ports: 3 (Inlet, Outlet, Exhaust) • Positions: 2 (Open or Closed) • Function: Controls single-acting actuators or general air flow. • Can be Normally Closed (NC) or Normally Open (NO). |
• Ports: 5 (1 inlet, 2 outlets to cylinder ports, 2 exhausts) • Positions: 2 (Direct air to either side of a double-acting cylinder) • Often used with double-acting actuators. |
| Typical Use |
• Operating a single-acting cylinder • Pilot signals • Air blow-off applications |
• Controlling double-acting pneumatic actuators or cylinders • Reversing actuator motion (extend/retract) |
| Working |
• NC Type: When coil is not energized → air is blocked, outlet port vents. • When coil is energized → air flows from inlet to outlet. |
• In one position: Air goes to Port A, Port B exhausts. • In the other: Air goes to Port B, Port A exhausts. • Operated via single or double solenoid (spring return or bistable). |
