ZREQT Series

The ZREQT Series by Zeetork is a compact, high-performance electric actuator designed for precise quarter-turn valve automation. With torque ranging from 30 to 6000 Nm, it is suitable for butterfly, ball, and plug valves. Built from robust aluminum alloy, ZREQT actuators offer reliable performance in both on/off and modulating control applications. Featuring IP67 ingress protection, various voltage options (AC/DC), and easy manual override, these actuators are ideal for industrial automation in tight or enclosed spaces.

The ZREQT Series operates in ambient temperatures from –25°C to +60°C and up to 90% relative humidity at 25°C. It supports AC110V, AC220V (standard), DC24V, and optional AC380V. With IP67 protection (IP68 optional), the actuator is resistant to dust and moisture, and includes an internal heater for moisture management. Manual operation is available via a wrench or optional handwheel. The actuator integrates dual CAM stroke calibration and supports various input/output control signals for flexible automation.
