ZMOR Series

The Zeetork Z-MOR Series consists of robust, high-performance manual override gear operators for pneumatically actuated valves. Designed for maintenance, commissioning, and emergency use, they offer smooth, reliable manual control. With torque outputs from 250 Nm up to 5000 Nm, these compact devices feature cast iron housings, high-performance axial bearings, and powder-coated handwheels. The clutch-declutch mechanism allows seamless switching between manual and pneumatic control, making them ideal for industrial applications requiring reliable manual operation.

Z-MOR Series operators provide up to 5000 Nm torque and smooth operation via a clutch-declutch mechanism. They offer adjustable stroke (0°–90°, ±5°), and multiple housing options including ductile iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel. IP54 (optional IP65) enclosures ensure durability in harsh environments. Compact design, stainless steel handwheels, and high-performance axial bearings enable efficient manual control.
